Delivery is currently fulfilled by Royal Mail. You will be given the choice between selecting Tracked 24, Tracked 48 or Special Delivery if you are purchasing from within the UK. Other couriers or services may be utilised in future, as and when required.

International Orders will be shipped using Royal Mail’s International services depending on country.

BLACK GHOST AIRSOFT takes no responsibility for international orders in transit once they have left the United Kingdom. It is the Customer’s obligation to check their country’s import restrictions before purchasing any products on this site. BLACK GHOST LIMITED will not be responsible for replacing items that have been seized by Customs authorities.

RETURNS:

If you need to return an item, that’s no problem. Get in touch via Email, WhatsApp or Instagram to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any goods for a full refund or exchange, for any of the following reasons:

  • The item is broken;

  • The item does not adequately match the description;

  • The item is the wrong size;

  • You change your mind.

Refunds, returns or exchanges do not apply to the following goods:

  • Aerosol Airsoft Gas, Consumable Products, Customised Products, Digital Products such as Gift Cards.

Returns
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Pack the items you would like to return in an appropriate sized package. Contact us via email, Instagram or WhatsApp so that we can initiate the return and generate a returns label for you. We can arrange a collection by Royal Mail or you can drop the package to your local post office branch or postal shop.
All items must be unused with their original packaging.

Any items that are covered by manufacturer warranty can be accepted within the bounds of the warranty.
